What the Service does
The WhatsApp giveaway bot (the "Service"), operated by DCTech, connects people who want to give items away with volunteer ambassadors in their area. The Service only passes the request on. It does not collect or transport items and is not responsible for the handover itself.
Using the Service
- Give accurate details, and give another person's details only with their consent.
- Do not use the Service to give away prohibited or dangerous items, or to send offensive content or spam.
- Each phone number can have one open request at a time. You can cancel it at any time.
Ambassadors
Ambassadors join by invitation and with their consent, and receive a requester's details only after accepting the request. An ambassador agrees to use those details only to arrange the handover and not to keep them after it is done.
Liability
The Service is provided as is, without a guarantee that an ambassador will be found or that the Service will be available at every moment. DCTech is not responsible for damage caused by the handover itself or by contact between a requester and an ambassador.

These terms may change from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
